After-School Programs
Our After-School program is designed to give children the opportunity to decompress, learn-by-doing, and have fun. The beautiful, open farm environment helps children feel centered, calm, and happy. They are well-supervised, free to move around outdoors or in, help out in the barn, or just read a book!

We pick up from Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools and follow their school calendar.

From 3:00 to 6:00 each day, students can choose different activities, like work in garden, play in the woods at forts and zips, doing crafts, work with the animals, and more! You can also register for our Enrichment Classes for an additional fee.
How it Works … You get to decide what works for you! You can sign your child(ren) up for one or more days a week, Monday through Friday! If you need an extra day, just let us know.

Schedule & Logistics … made easy! After-School hours are from 3 to 6 pm each day. The farm vans pick up students at their school & drop off at the Farm. You can pick up any time before 6.

We want every child to have the opportunity to experience all that Sunrise CFC has to offer. We offer need-based scholarships. Please note that the scholarships for afterschool vary by need. Click here for the scholarship application.
Please note: Payment for after school is due by the 20th of the month prior to service. (Ex. Payment for November is due October 20.)

The office must be notified of absences before 12:00pm (noon) or there will be a $15 charge for each uninformed absence.
Make-up days may take place within 7 days of informed absences.
