Mini camps are offered weekdays whenever CHCCS, or DPS year-round schools are out (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). This season those dates are:

In mini camp, campers participate in the full array of farm life activities, with time to play and explore our small animals; guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits, and turkeys, explore the woods and ziplines, do fun crafts, and learn about the garden.
Everyone has the opportunity to ride a horse. Our horse riding is great for beginners and experienced riders. The foundation of our riding program is called the CRAFTS of Partnership: Communication, Respect, Acknowledgement, Friendship, Trust & Setting Good Boundaries. Your child has the option of Horse Immersion to spend First and Second class doing horse-related activities, including extra ride time.
Our animals are always at work empowering the children to have higher self-confidence and to get beyond the natural fears that come up in learning something new and in being outdoors in Nature and around animals.
Mini Camps are open for Kindergarteners through 8th grade. Junior Mentors (application and approval process required) are also welcomed and may sign up on our JM signup page!

*Please note that to sign up for Horse Immersion Camp your camper must be able to ride their horse independently at a trot with other horses and be at least 8 years old (unless approved by the instructor.)

We want every child to have the opportunity to experience all that Sunrise CFC has to offer. We offer need-based scholarships. Please note that the scholarships are for ONE WEEK (not for multiple weeks) of Mini Camp. Click here for the scholarship application.

Discounts: Discounts are available for registering for multiple camp days in one registration.
10 Days of Mini Camp - 5% discount to all registrations
20 Days of Mini Camp - 10% discount to all registrations
30 Days of Mini Camp - 15% discount to all registrations
